May I order RJ's pads by telephone?

RJ’s does not accept phone orders, but you may send us your order by mail or fax. Please refer to our contact us page for our fax number and mailing address.


 

May I subscribe to once-a-month pre-arranged shipments?

How do I view my shopping cart?

Click on the "Shopping Cart" at the top right hand side of any web page. You must use your Login & Password if you are a wholesale customer.


 

Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive immediate order confirmation when the order is placed online and will be assigned an order number. This is followed by an initial e-mail confirmation of the order shortly after the order is placed. The e-mail confirmation will list all the items in your order, the amount of the order, and the shipping address for the order. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is shipped.


 

Can I cancel or amend my order after I submit it?

You may make any changes that are needed at any time before you submit the order. However, once you click on the "Submit Order" button, we are unable to make any changes to your order. If you have additional questions please e-mail us and someone from customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.
 


 

What is RJ's return policy?

My order is incorrect. What do I do?

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please e-mail customer service and we will advise you on how to receive an exchange, replacement or refund or how to return an item. Our computerize software checks for accuracy on every item that is being picked for shipment, however, we often pack and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time with the same tracking number. If the full estimated total delivery time has passed and you haven't received the missing item, please e-mail us and include your address order number and phone number so we can contact you.
