Is my order transaction secure?

When you ship your order to an alternate address, recipient(s) information is also secure and never shared with third parties.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The RJ’S website accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. We can also accept checks via fax or phone, e-checks and Pay Pal, checks over internet (just like a credit card). 

May I pay by check?

May I pay by COD?

We're sorry but we do not accept COD’s at this time.

When is my credit card charged?

We charge your credit card when we ship the item from our facility. If we have to ship items separately, more than one charge may show up on your credit card.

Why won't the form accept my credit card?

Double check the card number to make sure it is correct. Leave out all spaces and dashes between the numbers.
